Topic	why do people keep packages that are mistakingly delivered to their home?

I called they went to get it and the people there had already opened the packaging. Wtf. There's a chance that they didn't realize it wasn't theirs. I've had this happen several times. HOWEVER. There is a person two blocks down the street with me with the same first and last name. Our addresses are the same, just two numbers are switched. So I have to walk his mail down to him all the time and go pick mine up.
