The regulation, within the scope of this discussion, is irrelevant. Any regulation which fucks with the dependence of wealth gain on current weath counts.

The main point is that the argument that to produce more equality we need less regulation is complete and utter bullshit, and if anyone ever thought about it for half a second they would realize that.
