It is. From the perspective of most secular philosophies upholding personal agency as a virtue, anti-abortion legislation is none of the state's business. And from a results perspective increasing access to abortion is good for society, enduring fewer children are born to people who shouldn't have them. And putting less of a strain on society to fix the mistakes of accidental parents.

Did you even read his post? It's none of the states business. That's the question. Is abortion wrong? Let's say it is, should we make everything wrong illegal?
