You make the rather large and wrong assumption that the rich people who will benefit from this don't do drugs. Exhibit a) Jim Irsay Tax cuts for rich people are a separate issue to this, they won't benefit because of this specifically. I'm opposed to tax cuts to ride at the top regardless.
