Helpful in regular situations since it is safer and very useful if you need to GTFO quickly. I once had an instance of someone looking at me funny with their phone when I was in a mall parking lot. I just made like a rabbit and drove off. Also once encountered someone on a desolate road wanting a jump walking in the middle of the road.
