Topic	I filed a petition for writ of certiorari with the Supreme Court of Maryland.

That's simply how the justice system works, filing an appeal based on you having your rights violated by the law, while on trial for violating the rights of others is dumb, and won't hold water at all. If you truly felt people's rights are that important, there'd be no reasonable excuse for the actions that you got you in trouble to begin with. This just reeks of someone not wanting to take responsibility of their own choices and hoping that someone in the system is dumb enough to fall for some legalese mumbo jumbo.
