Censoring genitals in a pornographic film does absolutely nothing to make it more decent. It's extremely over the top in terms of being an arbitrary stickler over the law books. The only reason I can possibly understand this law still existing is because of their population crisis and the desire to discourage masturbation over real sex. But why not just outright ban pornography at that rate?
