| Capn Circus 11/28/17 8:57:12 PM #5: | Here's how I tip: - 20% at a restaurant for decent/good service. 30%+ for excellent service. 10% or less for bad service if I absolutely know its the waiter's unapologetic shortcomings/intentional laziness, etc. -$5-8 for standard takeout deliveries -$10 bellman -$10-$20 valet -$3-5 one night hotel stay. More if it is multiple days or if I need my room cleaned. -Anywhere from $10-$20 an hour to dealers while I'm gambling, maybe less if I'm losing badly and more if I'm winning bigly.
