I fully admit that Shirin is one of those people who, in real life, is probably arrogant and obnoxious as fuck (see: Eliza Orlins), but as a character on the show, she was highly adorkable and root-worthy. Eliza outside the show is hilarious. Yes, she's arrogant and vulgar, but that shtick is so amusing because she just doesn't care. I know I'm in the minority there, but I can appreciate Eliza having no filter for the sake of entertainment. That said, I'd never want to be around her for that same reason. Shirin outside the show is far less likable than she is as edited on it and would be grating to be around.
