The Admiral 11/24/17 1:54:18 PM #5: | Real answer: requirement that ISPs need to treat all websites and content providers "equally," meaning they can't speed up Google and slowdown Netflix if those companies pay/don't pay them. This is already a bit of a farce, as the largest companies like Amazon and Facebook already have direct lines into the ISPs, giving them faster speeds than sites that don't.
