Topic	Do millenials view houses as an investment?

Most unmarried people can't realistically afford a house without roommates. A frugal people who make $50k per year have the realistic ability to own a house. It just sucks to own one due to maintenance issues and property tax value. --- If you're not looking for any honest discussion, agreement, meeting halfway or middle ground, don't bother arguing with me.
