| Topic | Dodge rolling is easy, but is it viable? |
| Dreaming_King 11/22/17 8:38:28 PM #1: | I was at my grandmother's house looking after her cat since she went out of town for Thanksgiving and since it's way bigger than the place I live at now I decided to practice my rolls. It's been awhile since I'd even done them, but it's like riding a bike apparently. Anyways, it's cool to be able to do a dodge roll, but would it ever really come in handy in a fight? It's quick, but not as quick as a side dash or back hop and it is pretty discombobulating, for me at least. I also tried it holding one of my Gma's canes as a make shift weapon, and if it had an edge I would have been in trouble. Still, I have to wonder why so many games use it as a way to dodge attacks if there isn't some merit to the technique. --- Nil- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
