So what does GDP and poverty lines have to do with the TPS? Nearly all displaced people have left the camps to return home. The fact you don't think GDP grew fast enough is pretty irrelevant to what the TPS is for. The fact Haiti is a poor country and continues to be a poor country has really nothing to do with the TPS being issued.
