| Topic | CE, what's the longest you have gone without eating? |
| Lo_Ping 11/19/17 4:40:31 PM #4: | I go about 23 hours a day without eating. Probably about 27 hour or so is my max, just because I ate a late dinner that day. Ive been doing one meal a day for four weeks. Im currently on week five. I weigh in tomorrow. Before Thanksgiving Im going to throw in a 48 hour fast to offset the garbage Im going to eat. And probably have another 48 hour fast after Thanksgiving. My results so far: Day 1) October 16: 230lbs Day 7) October 23: 225lbs Day 14) October 30: 220lbs Day 21) November 6: 218lbs Day 28) November 13: 216.4 ... Copied to Clipboard! |
