I'm guessing the reason the Indian chick won over a girl like No. 4 is because of some of the 'competitions' that are part of pageants like this. All I can say is, that's bullshit. Just give the award to the legit best looking woman. I think pageants just use the extra stuff as an excuse for obviously spreading the awards around based on some weird formula meant to cater to international friendliness.

And how you could possibly put that British chick above the American chick is just beyond me - they're both blondes even, which should make the comparison pretty straightforward.

They have to show beauty and talent on the outside and the inside.
