People in general are a lot more picky and superficial about who they're attracted to than is usually acknowledged really.

And I mean I get it. If ever there was something to be superficial about, it's physical attraction. Some people just really hate the penis. I get that too. It IS gross, though it's not like what women have going on downstairs isn't too. Really the human body is just kind of a mess down there.

But some people are so put off by a penis it's just like, even after surgery, that's not enough. I guess it's kind of like if they went to a restaurant, and had to choose a spoon for their soup, and one spoon had someone's penis resting on it for 30 minutes some time ago. The restaurant could lecture them for an hour about how intensely they washed and scrubbed it to the point no conceivable trace of anything that had touched it, would even still be there...if there's also spoons available that DIDN'T have a penis on them at any point, they'll probably just go for those.

Though I guess the other two main problems is people who want biological kids, and people who are really put off by fake stuff. I've definitely seen a lot of people basically disgusted with people who were born women after they got a lot of surgery done (though to be fair some of them do kinda end up looking like freakish aliens >_>).
