Going by the SM and USUM datamines: the SM story and game text files are about 2 MB, and the USUM game and story text files are about 2.8 MB. USUM has about 1.3 MB in its story text file to the about 0.8 MB in the SM file. So I'm inclined to think that there was quite a bit added.
