Over a third of break-ins are by black people, 40% of armed robberies, a third of all drug dealers, and a third of all violent juveniles - despite black people only being 13% of the population. Despite this, studies show that police are LESS likely to use their firearms on black suspects, though they are more likely to physically manhandle black suspects.
