The bold one says exactly what I said.

Again, this was a list that was originally written for rich (or financially comfortable) white people who asked what they could do to be allies to poor African Americans in Kentucky. It was not a "demand of all white people" as your link later spun it.

The media plays this game of telephone all the time, unfortunately. What is actually said never comes out the same once it's been through a journalist's fingertips, and definitely not after it gets to Brietbart or Slate or Occupy Dems.
