you just probably missed a hell of a lot of updates.
I didn't. I restarted my computer a couple times after I noticed there were updates, and every time the download percentage had reset. And I'm fairly certain that it wasn't an actual 12 GB update (Literally 4 times the size of the Windows 10 download itself) which is what shows up in my data usage.
Edit: I should have clarified, it had the exact number on the end every time I updated - 1709.
And look, it should have been just 4.4 GB.
