He only had one finish in the upper half and never finished higher than 30th before getting booted with a next to last placement. Since he came back, he's had three top 25 finishes, including a top ten, out of seven appearances and has finished in the upper half every time. With this performance, Seymour increases from 57.02% to 58.35%, but he falls just short of passing Beatrix and stays at 33rd place overall. When you isolate Seymour's Old and New Era STATS, it's even easier to see the difference. In the New Era, he increases slightly from 71.13% to 71.44%, passing Vincent (for now) for 18th place.
