Anyway, let's tackle the XI quests first. Iroha's training keeps escalating until we fight this thing



Behold Serket (not Vriska or Aranea). All it does is attack, stab me with paralyzing tail, and Venom lob AoE attack. Simple, but really durable. More memories resurface, regarding her companions and those who sacrificed themselves, until she finally realizes that she is in another world. However, before she goes home, she has to unleash her ultimate technique against a worthy enemy



These guys. So Dread Dragon is completely invincible until Spotter is dead. Luckily Iroha can distract the dragon whilst I take car of Spotter who does normal Eyeball things like Gaze. DD has a tail attack, so I went **** it and just attacked him from the side until I Aggro'd him enough for him to attack me directly. The fight wasn't anything to talk about despite the pretty neat design. Afterwards, Iroha leaves for Limsa Lominsa, presumably for a final talk before leaving.

Main Quest... ehh... long story short, we had to convince the remaining Company of Heroes to divulge their information on how they beat Titan. Mostly by proving myself and providing banquet items. I'll just post the highlights until otherwise noted.



This jackass was a fake that used the name to be hired as a farmhand of all things. We ended up having a competition to determine who is speaking the truth, with the one who destroyed their boulder first being the winner. Large Boulder is me because holy **** this guy. Not only that, he paralyzed me, threw an AoE attack my way, used a Bomb to shatter the boulder faster, AND says I'm disqualified if I touch him. And the Miller lets him. Jeez.







For the last one the dungeon is straightforward, talk to friendly Goblins to get keys, kill stuff, try not to get lost on the way to the boss, Aiatar the Storm Dragon. The miniboss I forgot to take pictures of because HERE is when I keep getting cutoff from my connection. Stupid ass internet >_>

Anyway, Aiatar's gimmick is that he can spawn poison pools which damages us AND heals it when either of us stands on it. As a tank I have to move his ass away from them as well as dodge his super powerful Dragon Breath attack.



That's the lot of them





So yeah all that running around getting Adamantoise Eggs (boiled), Worm Meat, super stinky Goblin Cheese (souffle), and Bacchus Wine was for my benefit in case I succeeded. Was it worth it?



Evidently so
