Sorry but there are a variety of studies showing the positive effects of probiotics. Also has benefits of tea as well I heard that the probiotics don't survive the pasteurization process, but drinking it unpasteurized could be unsafe. I don't know much about it, but that's some info I read. Also heard that some of it is alcoholic. Not all, but some... If there is alcohol in it, it is so faint as to almost not even be worth mentioning on the label.
