Just because people look skinny or have "average bodies" doesn't mean they are healthy. And your life probably isn't as happy as you think if you believe having soda is the key to that.

Lastly, do you realize the irony in you preaching moderation after you say that you drink soda and other sugary drinks almost exclusively?

I'm not saying they are healthy because they are skinny or average. that was for the obese thing. Most of them are unhealthy for other reasons. Though, healthy enough for the physical test... Also, I'm not saying soda is the key to happiness. But I feel giving up things that are considered unhealthy(more than just soda) would start to diminish my happiness. Also, I said moderation was good. Didn't say I was going to practice it myself. I think if people don't want their kids to drink a lot, teaching them moderation is a good way to do it. Me, personally, I don't care that much. But I do think that moderation is better than trying to keep them away from it fully. And I'm definitely not preaching about it.
