love it!

huge dollop of pure mayo as a dip for french fries, or a mix of ketchup+mayo also very good

in sandwiches with turkey (duh), ham, pan heated baloney, pastrami or even salami. though with salami a little mustard accentuates the meat and mayo very well

a bit of mayo in bacon fat fried rice with hot sauce. Lack of bacon grease then fried up onions and their drippings thrown into a pan to fry it all up with some hot sauce for a kick

Mayo and tomatoes in breads (aka tomato sandwich) or not

Homemade dressing for salad, vinegar oil salt pepper, and yup a spoonful of mayo for that tang and creaminess

That's just off the top of my head.

But overall mayo is tangy and creamy, it's low cost plus it's loaded with fat. If you're short on cash and proper nutrition, mayo is great to get some extra calories and actually make food yummy

BTW, MIRACLE WHIP IS NOT MAYO
