2 TB HDD for something like this is overkill. Who stores media these days in terms of songs/movies? It's all streaming or cloud service these days. The only other big space-user is games, which you won't be able to play on an i5 with integrated graphics.

It's price point also makes me assume it probably either has poor battery life, or some of the other internal components are cheap. Expect issues with the wifi card down the line. And the touch screen is probably glitchy.

In short, it'll run like a laptop from 5 years ago. You're paying 400 after tax for a glorified web browser, and it's a big, bulky laptop at that.

The 500-600 price point will be almost exponential in gains because that budget allows for a more balanced build that isn't as bottle necked.
