We met online because we were making fun of a mutual friend on Facebook. He told me my name was awesome and I thought he was being a creeper. We talked a little bit after that, because the banter was fun. We were both seeing other people at the time, but I was pretty unhappy with the person I was with. We started asking each other for relationship advice and stuff, then both of us ended up not being with the people we were dating at the time anymore. He gave me a shiny Eevee at one point and I sent him A pic of me in a towel at another. We just kept talking online (I was in Ohio and he was in California this whole time) and eventually realized we didn't want the other person to see other people. We were both wary of long distance relationships so we danced around our feelings for a while. We kept saying we adored each other to avoid committing too much, but I eventually told him I loved him and it was basically a Han Solo/Princess Leia thing because he totally knew.
