Topic	Dont make fun of 9/11 but it's open season on the latest Texas shooting

It's exploiting a tragedy to make a political point, but it's not a joke at the expense of the victims. You do understand the context, right? It makes fun of Texas for supporting guns. Also, I live 30 miles away from where that happened and personally know people who lost friends in that shooting. It's not making fun. It's pointing out the good guys with guns mentality and how it's ultimately flawed, even in this case when a good guy with a gun actually did help get the shooter away from the church. Whether the tone of the topic was appropriate or not is another issue, and considering how close you claim to be to the situation it's more than understandable why it may be taken that way, but it's a conversation that needs to be had, no matter how painful.
