How does one get to 300lb I have no clue Im 5-8 and At my worst I was eating fast food all the time, and even made multiple stops for single meals. And I only ever maxed out at 206 with no exercise..... Im glad I put that all behind me... now 172, and its still going down. Getting to 300+ takes years. It takes a lifetime of mismanaged diet and bad habits to let yourself get that far.
