Sure they can be attractive, but they typically fall outside of my physical preferences. I like darker complexions with pale only getting a pass if there's freckles involved, and I don't fawn over black or brown hair like I do redheads and blondes. Hell, the only Asian I've ever felt "feverish" for is a purely fictional character, and I've never even played the game she's originally from (now the crossover game she appears in, gods yes, my favorite Warrior). --- Les aristocrates a la lanterne!
