What's interesting is he specifically makes no moral judgment of the actions, just that they should be punished for breaking the NAP. That means he doesn't think punishment is a reason to avoid doing something, that it is wrong to do. There are things that he might think are moral and necessary to do, despite knowing it will cause a punishment. That should be a more important aspect of libertarianism. Too many just take the NAP as a replacement source of authoritarianism for their moral systems, when really it's all about there being no authoritarian source of morality.
