However, unless its homicide or something extremely serious (ie Class 1 felony), the majority of states will not extradite from other states. So the case just stays in limbo. You have to have a warrant to extradite. There is no scheduled court date. If you look in 2014 I had a fugitive warrant. This was for that. I settled it mostly.
