I mean, I meant it on both ends, seems like a lot to people, but also seems like way more intimidating to write such a thing before you start than when you actually sit down to write. Ends up being that you get out a single thought and you've already written 3 pages. I know what you mean. my senior thesis was around 40 pages which was impressive for my friends in less writing intensive courses, but in reality it could easily be broken up into about 3 main areas which is much more manageable and less impressive --- ...
