My mind is kinda shot at the moment with all the work I'm doing and I am blanking on a dynamics thing. This isn't a homework problem, just something I need to solve.

I have a box rotating about an edge that I want to figure out the tangential velocity it hits the ground at. The center of mass/gravity is at a constant angle with regards to the bottom of the box and the box rotates a set angle. I'm neglecting air resistance since I am doing worst case scenario.

I am approximating the center of mass at (L/2, W/2, 3H/4).

The only force acting on the box is gravity, but the angle at which it acts is varying with time and angular displacements. I'm using conservation of energy and I know there is a moment of inertia in there, but I am blanking on how to set up the equation to get my answer. I've already solved for the value of the moment of inertia.
