you seem to have invented a strawman to rail against. no one in this thread is mocking people who originally voted for trump, they are mocking people who presently support trump despite his performance as president and the allegations against those in his inner circle.

Go back and look at your reply where you point out the discrepancy between my 50% comment and the 33% approval rating. That was explicitly in response to a post Axiom made. My original comment made NO REFERENCE of the 50% number. All it did was refer to the smugness in the topic, which is absolutely 100% there.

And as for " no one in this thread is mocking people who originally voted for trump", EVEN EXCLUDING the fact that I edited my post to refer to the 33% (the edit you continue to pretend doesn't exist), AND excluding the fact that I already pointed out to you that justaguy3492 did exactly that (you know, the part of my reply you conveniently edited out), the reality is that the specific number doesn't matter. My point is being a smug dick to ANY significant portion of the voting base is a terrible strategy, and you seem so incensed by that notion that all you can do is double down on it.
