Probably not the best pricing on either but here are two builds I'd recommend

Less Expensive (i5 7600k ver)

The more expensive one has the latest released Coffee Lake Intel CPU and 16GB of RAM and the less expensive one has a Kaby Lake Intel CPU and only 8GB of RAM.

There are some things to note:
Coffee Lake CPUs are only supported on Z370 motherboards so watch for that even though it has the same socket as Kaby Lake.
You can choose whatever case you want. I only put it in there so I could give you an approximate price.
You can go with 8 or 16 GB of RAM for either one. Again I gave these options for approximate prices.]
The graphics card and the hard drive aren't adding to the price because as you said, you are going to use the ones you already have.
I don't live in America so I don't really know the best stores. I just know Newegg and Amazon are usually the ones people use so I just went with those.
