It's not only part of the user agreement that you agreed to, but is also part of the terms of agreement when purchasing any digital game that it can be eventually delisted, and you may continue to own the game as long as you have it downloaded. If you bought it and eventually deleted it, it tells me you really don't care much about it regardless. Can I ask what the game is? Regardless, this is just petty bitching from ignorance to what you agreed to upon purchase, there's words there for a reason. I had the game downloaded. Then as long as you are connected online you can still play it. Just don't ever delete it. When it's delisted, it's no longer downloadable, but you can still play it if you are online and have it downloaded.
