I'm not really familiar with the NeoGAF system but why would any of the mods have inside information about real life crimes that another mod might have committed? Like if I was involved with something illegal, I don't think any mod on this site would have any particularly special information on my actions. I dunno. All I know is when the dude was arrested (7 years AFTER being removed as a mod), the site made a statement acknowledging the crimes of him and denouncing him pretty hard.
