Plus there isn't one type of look that all women think is attractive. Everyone has different tastes. I know some women that aren't attracted to the way muscular guys look. Women are just people, like you or me. If you can like someone for their personality, women can too. If women like your personality, they'll just friendzone you, unless you happen to be attractive to them. If they think you're "passable," they'll still friendzone you.
