I'm starting to feel this way too. How are you even supposed to "pass" them? I've seen every possible advice on the spectrum at some point:

- Only answer "strongly" agree/disagree
- Only answer neutrally
- Just answer honestly
- Answer whatever looks morally "right"
- Answer the way any reasonable person would, even if looks morally wrong
- Make sure your answers don't contradict (though the "contradictory" questions are almost always misleading due to subtleties in how they're asked)

I think the best answer is this: Tell the company (in your head) to go fuck themselves. Or just answer what the fuck ever because it's just going to be a crapshoot at some point or other in the hiring process.
