When I was young, watching Bob Ross made the back of my neck and lower part of my skull tingle. A legitimate buzzy sensation. It felt amazing. I think that feeling is what ASMR is supposed to be, but I don't get that anymore. Videos do help relax me though. Bob Ross is well known for triggering it in people, most people who experienced it from him had no idea what they were experiencing and why. Boss Ross is the only one that does it for me.
