Topic	Do you brush your teeth the recommended, twice a day?

Let me take a break from everything I'm doing in my day and brush my teeth. Just ate something, time to brush my teeth. Had a donut, teeth brushing time. Have to remember to floss. Don't be silly. If you brush after every time you eat, you're destroying to enamel on your teeth.
