He trolled and baited people into getting modded, very similar to what Error does. The classic one back in the day would be when mods said "Well if X did X then why didn't you mark him?" And then the user would say "I did" or "He was" And then get warned because mentioning that you marked someone used to be trolling in the TOS. It became hilarious when you saw the new users fall for it time after time. Sad for them tho. Admiral still tried it years later by trying to bait people to post screenshots or quotes of him and then suspend them but by then people knew not to fall for it. Really strange place message boards.
