He's still upset that Aliens: Colonial Marines and Watch_Dogs didn't look as good as their pre-release footage. He's still upset that Kojima made a big dog and pony show out of everything he's done since MGS2. Because of all this he cannot trust what people in the games business say. That's pretty much it. I might have forgotten one. I saw it like 5 hours ago. Ah fair enough. I don't have an issue with publishers/developers denying leaks. The rest is fair enough. Games do often get downgraded during development though. I think people need to accept that or devs will need to wait a lot longer to announce or show off their game.
