People will be mean to you if you do not know the place's first language no matter where you are. I speak/understand maybe 30 different phrases in Thai, besides that I don't speak a word. I've never had anyone be mean to me for not speaking Thai. However, I had French restaurant owners be rude to my family and I (I was 13) when we stopped there to eat during our drive to Newfoundland. Quebecois drivers are no different,once they see that they you have a licence plate from another province they'll start cutting you off, no letting you merge, etc. You are paranoid because people cut me off all the time and I have a qc plate. --- Losing an argument?
