Topic	Films featuring gay protagonists are finally becoming more diverse
ollie89 10/14/17 11:39:11 AM #1:	When I was growing up, there was like maybe one or two critically acclaimed gay films (Brokeback Mountain was one of them), that, while great, left you feeling incredibly depressed. I think everyone who watched similar films was left thinking, "do gays ever get happy endings in movies?" It makes me happy that films like the oscar contender, Call Me By Your Name, (it's sad, but also very beautiful and hopeful) are a thing now.
