I think Severino in Game 2 vs. Verlander is a solid bet and then Tanaka at home for Game 3 against whatever Houston throws at us puts us in great shape, especially as the series moves on. Maybe that's what Girardi will do. We just can't have Gray get lit up and then have to exhaust our entire bullpen in Game 1.
