They weren't being attacked by those dogs, it's just black people have a weird affinity for wanting to play with every dog they encounter, and then the police were kind enough to wash them off with fire hoses afterward, to get the dog smell off.

Duh.


I want to believe this, just like how I want to believe that lynching were intended to straighten the spine to relieve neck and back pain and that deaths were completely accidental... but somehow it's just not plausible...
