Scores decreased in every state, and Californias decline was about the smallest, retired educational testing specialist Douglas McRae said. it's a worrisome trend that has existed for some time, long before trump took office. it's probably a consequence of the stupidification of the education system in general (much easier to raise compliant passive wage slaves when the education system isn't about educating as much as it is about indoctrinating and pacifying) i mean it's obviously working, just look at how you blamed a new president for something that's been going on a long time! ...
