Well, I'll leave my bias out of this then and try to give real advice. This label is just as important to her as it is to you, maybe even more important to her since she just bailed out of another relationship. You say it's just a label, then what difference does it make if she chooses to not use it yet? You're literally in a relationship with a girl you like, who is "out of your league" and you want to throw that away because she feels it's too soon for a label? She's not going to be perfect, people aren't perfect, relationships aren't perfect, there's always going to be something that needs to be worked on, and in this case it seems that you just need to give her more time. It feels like you're just trying to get hung up on something that really doesn't matter that much right now.
